After reading the couple of bad reviews here, I felt the need to set things straight about these guys because for over five years I've done business with Sac Cycle and I've always gotten nothing but good service from them. totally satisfied. I've even purchased my bike there and man have been so happy. Jim and JJ are the BEST! I recommend them totally!!!
