I have rented from Mokler's and would strongly recommend researching this company before renting from here. There are plenty of reviews online to give you an idea of what many renters go through with this landlord. The main problems I experienced were poorly maintained properties, rude and dishonest communication, and failure to properly fix problems including plumbing and a leaking ceiling. In addition to my own horror stories, various neighbors shared stories of similar problems. They have outright lied to me on more than one occasion and had entered my property without notice numerous times. All that being said, I don't think I'm able to adequately communicate how bad these guys are... there aren't words. This was by far the worst rental experience of my life.
