This restaurant ruined our evening. Theyve made the Top 100 and now feel they can take advantage. Wedged us into a table against the wall. The waiter knew nothing and took forever. We had to get our own forks before our food got cold. Our table was crowded with dirty dishes all evening. Wine didnt come until we were nearly done. He dropped a wine glass that broke all over us. And billed the next tables tab to our card. Did he beg forgiveness? Comp us dessert? Nope-- we were a large party and his tip was guaranteed. We talked to the manager who took our nameoffered nothing to compensate us. The food is OK, nothing special. Many dishes not as described and a lot of fried stuff (which tastes good, but is hardly genius). Even the chocolate cake is just OK (overcooked). Do yourself a favor and skip Cetrella.
