Review content:
Service Experts of Raleigh (service and experts should have quotation marks around them) installed a complete air handler and heat pump system for us Oct. 20, 2006 to the tune of $5,375. System was ""serviced"" in Sept. 2007 and A/C failed on June 5, 2008. We called them to ask for repairs on our 18 month old system during this 5 day period of 96+ degree temps. We were told on Thursday the 5th they would be out on Monday the 9th. (!!) Unacceptable? Oh yeah. They got VERY rude when we complained and shuttled us from one ""rep"" to another and listened to their excuses ..... and we bought the system from THEM!\r

Anyway, called Shumate HVAC in Garner (see other review on Shumate) and Albert came over in one hour and fixed the ""Service Experts"" installation flaw. \r

I won't say all the bad things I feel towards Service Experts of Raleigh ..... but I wanted to let ya'll know that this is a sub-par outfit.
Pros: Original A/C repair and install seemed to go well.
Cons: Original install (apparently) did NOT go well.
