I went to Austin as an exchange student and was desperately looking for an apartment. Luckily I ran into Steve who arranged an apartment for me on the same day! He drove me there with his own car and patiently showed me the place. When we were having problems with our A/C they immediately sent a worker. These guys are doing a wonderful job! If only every realty agent was like them....
