I had a great experience with Realty Pros of Austin. I was looking for a one bedroom apartment within a certain price range and area and Jonathon Kinchen found me something in a very timely manner.\r \r He was also very personable, approachable and accessible. It was my first time using a realtor and probably not my last. He showed me a few different places and made sure to get me the best deal possible. It was really simple. I had a great apartment lined up the same week I met him.\r \r Though I have nothing to compare it to, I have only good things to say about Realty Pros of Austin. more

Best realtors in Austin! My husband and I had one day... ONE DAY to come to Austin and find a house / duplex to rent before heading back to Dallas and Dustin Stroud made this the most seamless and easy experiences possible. He was very aware of all of our needs / requirements and showed us places that were perfect for us. Since we only had 7 hours to find a place and make a decision, he was 100% prepared and had everything streamlined before we even arrived. \r \r I HIGHLY recommend Dustin and this company - they are extremely professional and go out of their way to take care of their clients. OH and their website search tool rules. more

Dustin Stroud is awesome! We have moved 4 times here in the Austin area coming from Dallas and he has helped us all 4 times. Dustin quickly picked up on what we like in a house and directed us to the right house in the right area. He knows Austin real well and pointed out all the great places to go. I know when our lease is up and it is time to move again,we will be giving him a call because he is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. more

Customer Satisfaction is unmatched! I used Scott at Realty Pros to help me find the best apartment to suit my needs. He found the best place for me right off the bat and just to make sure it was the right fit, he showed me 3 other places in the area to let me know the better deal that I was getting at my current apartment. I was very thankful for his efforts and knowledge of multiple areas of Austin. He was able to find the best location and nicest arrangement and amenities for the most affordable price. Kudos to Scott and I would highly recommend that you ask for him as an agent whether it be for a lease, buy or sale. more

Great to work w/ whether renting or buying! 4/10/2012

What do you think of when you think of Realtors? Before working with Steve Johnson at Realty Pros, words that used to come to my mind: pushy, robot-like, salesie, aggressive, fake. Steve couldn’t be further from any of these. I first worked with Steve to find a rental unit and then again to purchase my first place, both of which are downtown. From day one, Steve was knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, patient and very easy to work with. He kept my needs in mind and while he brought to my attention certain properties, he never tried to push me into anything. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell in Austin! John B. more

I worked with Nick Quijano to find a condo in the North Campus area. I would recommend him to anyone - he does a great job! He's very professional, shows you lots of properties that fit the things you want, and is very reliable and responsive to e-mails. I also got a great feeling about working with Realty Pros - from what I've heard and experienced, I think they are an honest, professional realty company. more

best realtors to work with 10/3/2010

I've worked with Steve Johnson - the owner - before and will continue to work with him as long as I live in Austin. Great service, friendly staff. They go out of their way to accommodate your schedule and needs. Always been helpful in finding what I am looking for. Honest about real estate and won't try and sell you something they themselves wouldn't live in. more

Easiest Realtor Service 7/18/2010

We used Realty Pros to find a 2/1 bungalow in North Austin. Their procedure is convenient and leads to better results. You can see available properties on a map with large photos. If you create an account (free) you can favorite properties. A Realtor emails you, asks specifically what you are looking for, and then takes you to see all your favorite properties and some they think you will like. We found the perfect little bungalow with everything we wanted in one afternoon. Our Realtor Steve helped us fill out the forms and made the entire process easy. Excellent service 7/13/2010

I was having trouble finding a good studio apartment in Austin that fit my budget. Every single realtor I had contacted would leave me maybe one email with a listing or two with lots of missing information, and didn't care to follow up on any of my communications. I guess they don't make much money off of studio apartments, so they didn't really care about my situation at all. Enter Realty Pros of Austin. Nick Quijano met with me and took me around to show me some studio apartments in the area I was interested in. When I told him about how other realtors didn't care or attempt to help me out, he replied that even if it is a studio apartment I want, ""you still need a place to live."" I was very impressed by this attitude. I found some great places and am moving into one of the ones he showed me this fall. Don't do business with greedy jerks...do business with Realty Pros! Great service 6/6/2010

I am moving to Austin for grad school in the fall, and talked to several realtors in the process of finding an apartment or a condo. Most were fairly proficient, but I ended up signing a lease through RPA. Nick was very helpful and frank in showing units, and even filled me in on some information about other complexes that the other realtors had left out. It was a pleasure dealing with RPA. Realty Pros of Austin (RPA) did a great job of helping me find an apartment. I was moving from California and could not afford to travel back and forth to Austin to look for a place. I first tried working with Austin City Realty, but the agent there brushed me off since I was unable to fly out to Austin to work with her in person. I was discouraged. Luckily at RPA, Adam Seigel did a superior job of researching places, sending me links, visiting apartments for me, and reporting to me what he found. Although we had to conduct all our business by email and by phone, he was able to get me into a great apartment at a fantastic price. Never steered me wrong! 3/28/2010

This is the second year that Steve Johnson has helped me find my apartment. The first time, I went against his advice. Everything has turned out exactly as he said, and I have very much regretted not listening to him. However, last month he helped me find a new apartment once this lease is up, and it meets all the qualifications I had! Perfection! Steve knows everything there is to know about the real estate business, area management companies, and what to look for in your new place. He never tried to talk me into leasing when I clearly wanted different, and he went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. If you look for an apartment... 10/1/2009

I went to Austin as an exchange student and was desperately looking for an apartment. Luckily I ran into Steve who arranged an apartment for me on the same day! He drove me there with his own car and patiently showed me the place. When we were having problems with our A/C they immediately sent a worker. These guys are doing a wonderful job! If only every realty agent was like them.... Pros: Friendly staff, fast and reliable Cons: nothing more

I was looking for an apt and just walked into Realty Pros. Chris was the one who helped me and he did an amazing job. He actually checked all apts that i asked him to check (there were many apts) and even helped me out after i found an apt. Overall, he made my apt searching very easy. Steve, and everyone else at Realty Pros, are absolutely wonderful! I had a difficult time finding an apartment in my price range that was close to downtown and they were the only realty company that didn't act like they were superior to me, because of my budget. They have been so kind and are always available when I need something. They not only fix things promptly, but will stop by for minor things, such as helping me when I was unable to light the pilot on my stove.\r \r Everytime I walk into the office I am greeted with a smile and they take the time to chat and see how things are going in my life. They treat me like a friend, rather than a tenant, and it has been such a blessing to live in an apartment that they manage. \r \r Realty Pros of Austin is the only company that I would work with in the future, if I ever decide to buy a house. Fantastic 9/17/2009

Compared to other companies that I've worked with, they were by far the best. Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly. They payed attention to what I wanted and they only showed me properties that were what I wanted to see, not the cheap crappy stuff. Ask for Chris! more
