Somehow my old review got deleted? Looks like they deleted my pictures, too. I'll repost and I'll try to rewrite:
This gym is terrible. My credit card was stolen and so my automatic monthly debit charge didn't go through. Nobody bothered to tell me, and I was still allowed into the gym three times. Finally, someone mentioned that I never paid and I would be slapped with a late fee of $9. If someone had mentioned to me that my charge didn't go through, I would have given them the new card, and avoided all of this. I had to pay the late fee.
I tried to leave a message for the manager to explain the situation but she never returned my phone calls. I called 4 times. I've heard horror stories about how she hangs up on customers.
The gym is falling apart - holes in walls, holes in floors, broken dumbbells. The 5-lb dumbbells went missing and were NEVER replaced. EVER! There are rarely paper towels in the paper towel dispensers, and during the summer months it is EXCRUTIATINGLY hot and humid in the back room.
The women's bathroom is always disgusting. They removed some of the lockers, leaving exposed insulation and wiring. Also, one of the bathroom stall doors fell off. It was left off for 3 weeks and after that, a red curtain took its place.
Also, the toilets are ALWAYS clogged with toilet paper or... poop.
FYI - two friends worked out together in the morning and the manager CANCELED their membership because it seemed like he was acting as a ""personal trainer"" to her and that is ""not allowed."" Both of their memberships were revoked. Ridiculous.
