Review content:
While speaking with the manager, and discussing a late fee on my account that should not have been there, she got frustrated and hung up on me. This was a manager.
Rather than having a satisfied customer, She threatened to send my balance to collections for the amount of $9.00. Nine dollars. This being wants to ruin my credit over nine dollars.
There are people suffering all around the world and this gym wants to cheat me out of nine dollars.
I can afford to pay the nine dollars. But why should I pay nine dollars that I dont owe, especially after being threatened and treated like that by a manager at the gym.
The Gym employees, (who dont care about anything, but i guess when you work at a gym for 3.50 an hour, waddaya expect.), had been giving me the runaround for a month, and in this months time, my fee went up another months payment.
Cheaters, scammers, and thats how they make money.
Karma is a bitch.
