Buyer beware: this business has cost me a tremendous amount of money by leading me to believe that the Ms. Pac Man game I was buying was worth the $1,700+ I paid for it. Bill is a nice guy, but he is long on promises and short on delivery. Don't buy from them unless you want your money taken away from you and given a sub-standard product that is not what you ordered.
I am disputing the charges they made to my bank account with my bank and have filed a complaint with the Chattanooga Better Business Bureau. If they provide a satisfactory resolution, I'll be more than happy to remove or amend my review. Until then, go elsewhere for your arcade needs. You'll be glad you did and save money too!
