Review content:
Finding another insurance company that was cheaper (for the same coverage), when I called Hoey to let them know that I would be switching, I was met with a barrage of *f*bombs by the little tool on the phone! I was told by the Hoey rep that ""switching insurance companies is illegal"" (LIE!) and I was also referred to as ""stupid"" for thinking that a ""TV commercial"" would actually cover me like Hoey would. Guess what? Since switching, I was in an accident that TOTALLED my car. I bought a new vehicle only 10 hours later. The ""lizard"" didn't give me any stress, changed coverage to my new vehicle, and NOT ONE *f*bomb to be found!! YES, I DID get a refund from the company that Hoey sent me through, but it was about $75.00 short.\r
