So far this has been the worst nightmare ever experienced for me. My taxes should just be as simple as a piece of cake but with ""their help"" it's just turned out to be a nightmare. \r
I lost the stimulus paycheck I was supposed to receive from IRS because O'Brien never filed any extension request to IRS that they claimed they did. I have attempted so many times after I found that out and appears to me that they are avoiding me. Their fax machines never worked. When finally someone answered the phone, most of the times it was just their kids or someone who knew nothing about anything. I just wish I had something good to talk about them but if you can, don't go there is my advice.
