Wonderful Place 3/8/2011

Everyone always talks about what a pain getting taxes done is, but I love geting my taxes done most because of Bernice and all of them. Such a helpful crew, I been coming here for a few years now and I'm so happy that one of my friend told me about it. I think this place is better then H&R block not only because of the people but that price's are so much better too!! And that's why I gave it five stars, I would have given it more if I could. more

Great Tax Service! 12/28/2009

I have been using O'Brien Tax Service for the last few years and am VERY happy. I have found them to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also, they have always completed my taxes quickly, even when I waited until the last minute. I love supporting local small businesses and in return I receive personalized attention to my tax and financial needs! Pros: Knowledgable, efficient, courteous, affordable more

Not recommended 6/30/2008

Well, I feel obligated to write this review because a colleague of mine was telling me how bad of an experience she had with O'Brien. I am actually one of the people who love to hear about how a business takes advantage of their customers. From what I understand, she doesn't recommend this service. more

Don't go there! 6/30/2008

So far this has been the worst nightmare ever experienced for me. My taxes should just be as simple as a piece of cake but with ""their help"" it's just turned out to be a nightmare. \r I lost the stimulus paycheck I was supposed to receive from IRS because O'Brien never filed any extension request to IRS that they claimed they did. I have attempted so many times after I found that out and appears to me that they are avoiding me. Their fax machines never worked. When finally someone answered the phone, most of the times it was just their kids or someone who knew nothing about anything. I just wish I had something good to talk about them but if you can, don't go there is my advice. more
