Miami Van Rentals did an excellent job of taking care of my needs. An unexpected death in my family meant we needed convenient and reasonable transportation on somewhat short notice. \r

I have been blessed with a very large family and we had to travel to Northwest Pennsylvania to pay our respects. Clearly, it made no sense for close to 30 people to split up into several vehicles to attend the services, so I decided to rent a pair of large vans to accommodate everyone. Thank God for the good people at Image! During such an emotionally trying time for me and my loved ones, their excellent service and selection made things go much easier for me. The price was reasonable and the vans themselves were clean, spacious and comfortable.\r
They explained to me what I needed over the phone, and the entire process was done within 15 minutes because I was so well prepared when I got there. Jose was on top of everything and talked me through the insurance options with patience and humor. They even had the Tom -Tom navigational systems for rent, so we could plot out a course and even find a motel for the overnight rest stop. \r

All I can say is from now on, anytime I need to rent, they will be my first choice.\r
