Good for Group Travel / The Van Rental was Great 3/4/2009

This past winter brake we rented three 15 passenger vans from Image Rent A Car in Florida. \r \r I would just like to thank the guys that work there for all there help and for being so nice. They even delivered the vans to the MIA Airport terminal and they picked up the three vans from Fountain Blue hotel in miami beach. \r \r We are looking forward to this coming easter vacation and building a long relationship with the folks at Image rent a car in South Florida Miami Ft Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando Florida. \r \r They provided us with new, clean vans. They offered us a great rate for the winter vacation rental on the vans. \r \r They even came and helped us change a flat tire. Most reliable van rental company 12/15/2008

Image rent a car has always been there for me. A few friends and I wanted to take a trip to the beach in south Florida but needed a big car since our cars wouldn?t hold much. We looked on the internet to try to find a cheap and reliable rental company when we came across image rent a car. We were surprised by the selection they had including conversion vans which came with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a cd player, also they have just regular 15 passenger vans. We decided that going to the beach we needed something that would stand out and hold all of our things that we were taking. So we all agreed on the conversion van. This company even delivered the van to our house so we could leave our cars at the house. I don?t know of any rental companies that would do this amazing service. When we got to the beach lots of people liked our van and asked where we had got it and we were telling everyone about Image rent a car and giving high recommendations for it. more

Descobri a Image pela internet e reservei uma van pra conhecer miami e levar os meus filhos pra Disney pela primeira vez. Foi realmente emocionante. Fantastic service and one monstrous Van! 7/22/2008

My family were just recently down form Norway for my wedding in Miami, however after the wedding, they had made arrangements to fly out of Orlando Airport instead, back to Oslo. I was a bit stumped as to how I would get everyone down to Orlando and thought the my only option would be a mass carpool or the bus for all of them, which I really didn?t want to take as an option. I researched online , which is where I found Image Rent a Car, and dilemma solved! I rented the monstrous 2007 Ford E350 just for the day to transport them all to Orlando, and this actually worked out considerably cheaper than if they would have had to buy individual bus tickets. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and the Van itself was a joy to to ride (have never driven anything that huge in my life) and impeccably maintained. It was a fantastic solution for us and I would more than highly recommend Image Rent a Car in future for their amazing service and quality vehicles. Many thanks, Magnus. more

They make this easy by faxing or e-mailing a form that you can fill in with your credit card info and sign.Seems right since most of us book 2 or 3 passenger vans just to make sure we get one. **************************** For a Fee they will deliver the 12-15 passenger vans or Conversion Luxury Vans anywhere in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach Florida & beyond Florida. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The people taking care of you at the counter are very helpful. the 2008 Ford E350 15 Passenger Van Rental was DELIVERED to the AIRPORT TERMINAL 12/28/2007

My customer service experience with The Passenger Van Rental Company in Forth Lauderdale Florida & Miami Florida Airports was a good one and I was especially impressed by the helpfulness of one specific The Passenger Van Rental Company staff member ( Ann Howland). I went to the counter and presented my e-mail confirmation printout to the rep. She looked it over, asked for my driver's license and credit card, and asked what make of car I would like. She then gave me the lot location and sent me on my way. By accident, I walked over to an area where I thought I would find the cars. I could see the red The Passenger Van Rental Company sign and assumed I was headed in the right direction. Once I got there, I realized that this was the wrong place- it was a service area for the rental cars. Before I could turn around and head back, a guy working at this service lot noticed that I looked confused/frustrated and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him and without hesitation he asked me to get into a car so that he could drive me to the actual lot and I could avoid the long walk back. Miami Van Rentals did an excellent job of taking care of my needs. An unexpected death in my family meant we needed convenient and reasonable transportation on somewhat short notice. \r \r I have been blessed with a very large family and we had to travel to Northwest Pennsylvania to pay our respects. Clearly, it made no sense for close to 30 people to split up into several vehicles to attend the services, so I decided to rent a pair of large vans to accommodate everyone. Thank God for the good people at Image! During such an emotionally trying time for me and my loved ones, their excellent service and selection made things go much easier for me. The price was reasonable and the vans themselves were clean, spacious and comfortable.\r They explained to me what I needed over the phone, and the entire process was done within 15 minutes because I was so well prepared when I got there. Jose was on top of everything and talked me through the insurance options with patience and humor. Our company needed 9 15 Passenger Vans for NASCAR Race in Forth Lauderdale Florida. So we looked all around South Florida for a Car Rental Company or few f them and could not locate a company that will secure us more then 1 van. that until we found Miami Van Rentals. We came down to their office and took a look around and they do have dozens and dozens of 15 Passenger vans in FL. Now we knew our plan is secured and we will get all the vans we needed for the event. We immediately pen a corporate account that saved us over 10 percent off the total rate and secure the van rentals with a wire transfer to the van rental company Bank Account.
