We purchased a new, 2011 vehicle from Westborough Toyota - the process was lengthy but we had no problems. They worked with us on the price, our trade-in value and discounts. We have since taken the vehicle back for scheduled maintenance and oil changes and have not had to pay a penny. Even though I forgot my maintenance package coupons - they honored them without any hassle. We would buy another vehicle from this dealership - and recommend to others.
