No Problems 6/5/2011

We purchased a new, 2011 vehicle from Westborough Toyota - the process was lengthy but we had no problems. They worked with us on the price, our trade-in value and discounts. We have since taken the vehicle back for scheduled maintenance and oil changes and have not had to pay a penny. Even though I forgot my maintenance package coupons - they honored them without any hassle. We would buy another vehicle from this dealership - and recommend to others. more

Dishonest and Incompetent 4/28/2011

Do not buy a car from these people.  The salesperson lied to me about the warranties of my used car purchase and when I sent to pick up the car they said the car never included warranties and would not hold up their end of the bargain.      They never apologized.  Mark told me ""he wasted too much time"".   They do not know how to treat people.  I struggled to get out the door with my baby and car seat and only the receptionist offered to open the door while Mark and the rest of the sales staff ignored me. DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT (I have since heard others say the same).  Don't spend your money here! more

It goes deeper than a coat of paint 11/28/2005

i found the truck that i always wanted here, a 2000 Chevy silverado (I know i was at a dodge dealership, it was a trade-in) well the sales rep was exelent but service after the fact was horrific. after i bought the truck i was told that pretty much whatever i bought the truck in for was either not covered by warranty or it would go away. 6 months later i found out i needed brakes (which was sopposed to have been done before i bouht it) the brakes were original with 65,000 miles on them. al that i can say is lies apon lies apon lies. Cons: poor service, not trustworthy more
