Review content:
At the beginning of this summer my AC upstairs broke. I schedule a time for R&S to come out and fix the problem. There were multiple problems with the unit, the biggest being a malfunction of the compressor. R&S did a great job in every aspect including help scheduling a time to see what the problem was, diagnose the problem, and fix the issues causing the problem. This required a couple of trips given seperate malfunctions. The problems were communicated to me well and the fix came in at exactly what was quoted despite the need to make an extra trip. I was very happy with the service and will recomend to friends and neighbors.
