Review content:
My technician worked hard to problem solve the issue with my furnace. He discovered the part that needed to be replaced and found it locally. When he went to pick up the part, the provider realized they were out. He quickly called another provider, who was closing soon. He asked the provider to leave the part outside and travelled to the new location to retrieve it. That's great customer service, and more importantly, we have heat again.
