R & S Mechanical has been wonderful. Lisa called just yesterday to see how I was doing and to make sure I had heat. I was without heat for several days, and they rushed it through to get me heat. Because of my health I needed heat soon, and they were able to help me.
I had used one of the guys who works with them before, Joe, because he lives down the street, but this was the first time I have used R & S Mechanical directly. My old unit just quit, and even though Joe tried to fix it the blower still didn't work, so we got a new unit.
They were really good working with me one-on-one. They were very personable. They have called back and forth several times to check how the house is doing and to make sure I have heat.
