My neighbor recommended R & S Mechanical. I was dissatisfied with the service I was receiving from a previous company that I had used for years, so I decided to give R & S a call. They sent Joel out, and he solved the issue. I had a thermostat issue, and the other company had quoted me $2,000 to fix it. When Joel came out he told me that there actually wasn't a problem with the thermostat itself, but that the other company had wired it in wrong. He fixed it and saved me that money. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I was thrilled with the service. The second time I called them to work with the freon in the unit. It was something Joel had suggested, so I told him to go ahead and do it. Once again, he showed up on time, was professional, and took care of the problem. There is another unit in my house that hasn't been working, and next I am going to have him work on that. He had suggestions on how to fix it, which is nice because the other company didn't even have suggestions and it would have been $20,000 to deal with it. I am very, very pleased with R & S Mechanical. I will continue to do business with them because they have solved the problems.
