Review content:
From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, this group was A#1! When you are a new home owner and find your first "uh oh...something's wrong", there is the fear of "how extensive will the problem be?" to "how much will this cost?" and finally, "will the people I call be fair and not take advantage of me?". The inital contact was professional but friendly and concerned and reassuring. The technician arrived in a reasonable time considering this was a last minute call and he was knowledgeable and informative in layman's terms. He quickly found the problem, retrieved the part and completed the work. I found the fee to be reasonable and have signed up for regular inspections by them. These folks are Awesome and I will (and have) promoted them to my friends.
