I have been using Kar Tek for the past year noq for numerous vehicles. They are always clear and honest with what our cars need based on their driveability and the cost v. age of the vehicles.\r

Recently I was at Sherman Oaks Galleria driving my husband's old Silverado when the clutch suddenly went out. I was stranded. I called Rick, one of the owners, who helped calm me down and handled everything very smoothly. He had the truck towed back to their shop in North Hollywood. He fit me in to their busy schedule and was able to replace the clutch master cylinder within a day. When the truck was ready, he had his partner Mike come to my house and drive me back to their shop because none of my friends or husand could get out of work to help me. \r

I was awe-struck--completely and totally impressed with their service, their diligence in providing care to me and my vehicle, and their dedication to their work.\r

I will continue to use them for all our vehicles, and recommend them to everyone!
