Review content:
Since my little buddy was a puppy, we have been going to Lucky Paws. However, when we took him in for an April 2010 Cut/Trim and bath, they gouged the back of his neck. It took three weeks for it to heal. But, people make mistakes, dogs move etc., RIGHT!? This past Saturday we bought him in again for the usual... This time while trimming my 3.5 year old Mini Schnauzer, they cut / gouged him deep under his neck. With his scratching it, it's now the size of a silver dollar and we may have to take him to the Vet for drugs and topical ointments. These are nice people, but I cannot take the chance that they'l slip again. My little buddy is waaaay too important to my wife & I... Time for a new groomer...
