Gone Downhill 12/4/2009

Since my little buddy was a puppy, we have been going to Lucky Paws. However, when we took him in for an April 2010 Cut/Trim and bath, they gouged the back of his neck. It took three weeks for it to heal. But, people make mistakes, dogs move etc., RIGHT!? This past Saturday we bought him in again for the usual... This time while trimming my 3.5 year old Mini Schnauzer, they cut / gouged him deep under his neck. With his scratching it, it's now the size of a silver dollar and we may have to take him to the Vet for drugs and topical ointments. These are nice people, but I cannot take the chance that they'l slip again. My little buddy is waaaay too important to my wife & I... Time for a new groomer... Pros: Nice People Cons: Has Done damage to my Dog more

Not your typical chain groomer or super fancy... Just the nicest people who truly care for each pet as though they are their own. Each dog's picture is proudly displayed on the walls, they are greeted by name and affection and leave so beautifuly groomed and even with a bandana. \r \r We love Lucky Paws! This Place Rocks 11/15/2006

Wow. I have had my dog groomed here for a few years now and they do an amazing job. You can request just about anything. I now have a part time job here and it is great. Every month my dog would come home smelling great and looking beautiful and now i know how they make them so cute. Everything in the place is clean and organized. I love this place, and I highly recommend it no matter the size or your dog. The owners are great fun, and the place is great. I hope you will try this place out for your dog grooming needs more
