Review content:
I am indifferent as far as Paws and Claws in concerned. The staff was very friendly, and extremely helpful in getting me in, even though I was on a Christmas waiting list. I like the fact that the dogs get to go outside whenever they want... I did not actually tour the facility beforehand, but that is what I was told. My dogs were there for 3 nights, and when I picked them up they were very stressed out. I think they must have thought they were being surrendered to a shelter or something. They smelled terrible, like they'd been around several other dogs. And to make matters worse, my Pomeranian came home with painful liquid stool (they wouldn't let me write the d-word for some odd reason). This was probably because he was eating whatever kind of food they feed there and all the stress. He always has minor issues when switching foods. Still, they could have said something instead of me noticing the big stains and matted fur when I got him home. My dogs did nothing but sleep for two entire days after they got home. They do give multiple pet discounts, and their rates are competitive, but it's too much stress on the dogs to take them back there again. Not to mention I don't live close to Henderson.
