I placed an order for take-out and the person who answered the phone did not know what half of the items were on the menu or how to pronounce them. Upon arrival, a coupon that was from the city clipper coupon magazine was not honored even though it did not say ""Dine-in only"". After being frustrated with that experience, I arrived at home to find out that the dinner salads were not included. We called and were told we could come back and get them or they would give us a credit for two side salads. Picking up the salads was not an option as we are 15 minutes away and that would mean that the rest of our food would be ruined by the time I returned. The credit was also worthlessas these salads are already included with each entree! When we called, we were treated like an inconvenience, not a good customer who has frequented Michael's for the past 5 years. Needless to say, we are not going back for average food with extremely poor service.
