I have been to Kerby Lane on many occasions and have rarely had a bad experience. When the experiences were bad, it was usually due to slow service. The food quality was questionable only a couple of times, but we are pretty happy w/ our orders. \r
Great pancakes, breakfast offerings 24/7, tortilla soup, fish tacos, queso, and sandwiches. You have to know when not to go (i.e. Sunday's from 11a to 2p) and certain dinner schedules. I agree that they could improve their service levels, however, it seems like they're so busy that they're not worried about losing business. Regardless, I always recommend Kerby Lane to all of my friends from out of town.
Pros: 24/7 Breakfast, Pancakes, Tortilla Soup
Cons: Inconsistent service, slow at times
