Review content:
Sharon burned my face during a photofacial; I told her it was hurting me and she hurried on with the procedure despite my pain and complaint. When she finished she was totally indifferent to the burns and blisters that covered my face. It has taken me months to heal both physically and emotionally. I still have scars all over my face from the burns. Photofacial is suppose to be non-ablative with no down time. Sharon had it turned up to high thus burning my face. She could see it burning my skin but she continued anyway. I feel like I was assaulted with an IPL. This type of deliberate negligence should never be tolerated by any doctor or patient.
Pros: easy to get an appointment
Cons: indifference to negligence
