Review content:
I found Dr. Coffey and her staff to be extremely unfriendly. The first question she asked was how frequently I use a tanning bed. I have never used one and was wearing self tanner. Right away I was concerned about a dermatologist not being able to tell the difference between a sun tan and self tanning lotion! I can excuse a poor bedside manner, if the diagnosis is accurate and the treatment effective, but of the 3 issues I asked her to address - all of them returned within a week. I had 3 small capillaries treated with an electrical current. She somehow managed to miss all 3! So I will make the trip across town to my regular dermatologist for dependable, professional treatment and forget the idea of convenience. By the way, I called back to ask if she would treat them again since the 1st treatment was ineffective, and the receptionist or nurse told she would call me back. Dr. Coffey never did return my call. Pros: conveniently located Cons: ineffective treatments, unfriendly staff and dr.
