Ok first I read the other review and this lady must called on a bad day because this place is nothing like that at all. I had flowers delivered also and yes they do call to make sure the person is home before delivering which they should because I dont want flowers left outside so yes please call before you go. Also the customer service exceeded my expectations. I have ordered with them over 40 times and I have never had a bad experience before. They have always been gracious and polite to me in every situation. I could never recomend a business more. Their quality is phenomenal and is always the best. You could not get anything better from another florist around. Once again all I can say is they are a 5 star business in all aspects and nothing less and I would 100% reccomend them to anybody. I have always had great service from.
