We also purchased a new home and Poco Verde was the contract company for our landscaping. Not only did the superintendent not live in the area, she was difficult to reach. The company gave no insight into creating a dream backyard and charged a lot of money for a standard package. Needless to say, a year has gone by and we have totally redone our yard because of the poor quality work and dead plants. In addition to this, we have constantly had problems with the watering system. Including the yard flooding and not turning on or off. The superintendent could not clearly explain how to use the watering system (which explains why there is a tutorial on their website) and explained the flooding was from over watering, so they reduced the water time. Now we are paying to have the sprinkler system fixed because there was a break in the line. The entire experience with this company has been awful. Save your money and hire someone else.
