My salesman (Chris?) raced both hardtail and FS bikes, and gave me really good recommendations on what component upgrades were worthwhile and which were not. A great combo of both weight saving and durability. Very fair price for a high end bike. Great build up. Good 10% discount on accessories at time of purchase (I know everyone does this, but there was no push for you to buy, and they left it open for me for a while. And there is an excellent range of bikes there for all levels of interest and $$$. Plus, they have really cool cruisers, which I want now! Great people there, period. Oh, and if you have drive there, always seems to be a spot right in front!
Pros: Thumbs up. Great service, lots of time spent fitting bike to my frame, good parking.
