I just had to share just how pleased we were with the move on Friday. My wife and I have moved some thirteen times and this is the second move for our son. (It was his place that we were moving. He moved from Brooklyn Heights to a place deeper within Brooklyn.) With that kind of experience, we know what makes a good move and what makes a bad move. The Serenity crew went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly and professional. They cared for the items being moved in the same manner as if they were moving their own personal belongings. Even though the crew had to transport everything nearly a block from the old apartment to the truck (due to parking issues) on a busy sidewalk on a busy Friday afternoon, I did not hear or observe one negative comment or body language motion. We could not have been happier with the service. And even taking the good service recognition back even further, Maxwell did not complain even once when I changed our initial order – not once, but at least four times. Thank you for a job well done! We will certainly refer your company when the opportunity arises. And when our son gets ready to move again, well, we have your number. Oh, and did I mention that I coordinated this move from a distance of 425 miles away, and it still came off without a hitch? Serentiy rocks! Thanks guys!
