I used Serenity Movers for my move from Brooklyn to Manhattan and couldn't be happier with the service. I arranged the move with a gentleman named Max on the phone, who was incredibly friendly and generous with his time. He insisted repeatedly that he wanted a ""stress free move"" and that I could ""call as many times, and as many times a day, as you want"" before the move, and then he checked in with me after it was all done to see how it went. On moving day the movers arrived early and were incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful, easily navigating some of the obstacles I left them (not eeeeeeeverything was packed; unexpected cars in the driveway).
Also, the cost for the move was cheaper than FlatRate on the order of a few hundreds of dollars, for equivalent or better service.
