Review content:
Having moved a few times in the last number of years, I was dreading calling a moving company. However, and I really mean this, calling Serenity was a delight and a relief. I had gotten 2 other estimates but when Noel, the ""moving consultant"" came, I was pleasently suprised by his price quote, as it was substantially lower than the others. Being somewhat cynical, I expected to be charged extra add on fees for whatever might happen on the day of the move. Lionel and his crew showed up on time and had to do more than I expected. They were smart, careful and professional. Unlike previous moves, nothing got broken. In fact, they fixed my wall unit that a previous moving company had broken! No extra charges, no complaining about the heat (it was a hot day about a month ago), nothing but a good experience. That is why I took the time to write this and highly recommend Serenity Movers to anyone looking for reliable, honest movers in NYC.
