My husband and I recently used Serenity for our move from Inwood to Kingsbridge in the Bronx. The team of 3 men arrived on time, introduced themselves and carefully inspected all the items that needed to be moved. They asked all the right questions, explained the paperwork and immediately started working. \r

It was clear from the beginning that they knew exactly what they were doing. Lionil, the gentlemen in charge, was thoughtful, kind and treated his co-workers with such respect. At our new coop, they asked where we wanted each piece of furniture placed and also put the boxes in the appropriate rooms. \r

I can't say that I was surprised: out of all the moving companies we looked into, Serenity was the only one that continued to call and follow-up with us as we waited to close on our coop. They were willing to tentatively hold a date until we knew when we would be moving. Maxwell was patient, answered questions thoroughly and made what can be a stressful process so much smoother. \r

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Serenity!
