At this time, I am not going to give a good rating to the Rx Pharmacy group in Deland. Located at 1070 stone St,Deland ,Fl. 32720.\r

My wife is a cancer patient and she gets a 90 days supply of her thyroid medication. She called today to ask why my medication has not been received and the answer was: ""we did not receive an order.""\r
My wife had called the order two weeks ago and there was not way to find our order in their system. They have a recording system taking orders.\r

My wife is been getting this medication for a long time and still they did not have this medication in my wife's profile. I asked to speak to the manager or supervisor and the answer was ""He can not speak to you he is busy"".\r
\r
I called again and he refused to talk to me on the phone. This is the kind of service that people gets from this people. It's like they are doing you a favor by selling you medications. They are making a huge amount of money and a big mark up on their sales. If this guy can not talk to costumers and fix their problems then the Rx Pharmacy group is not living the Florida Hospital values. This supervisor or Manager needs to be talk to, or he needs to give up his position to a more ""people's person"". We ended up paying $15.00 dollars extra, besides the $90 dollars co-pay for getting our shipment overnighted. My wife did not have any medication and she is currently taking chemotherapy for her cancer.\r

What a disappointment!
Cons: they put you on hold for a long time and do not come back.
