I've been using Abbey's service for almost 10 years now despite the mediocre cleaning I have been receiving. I did have one awesome girl back in 2002 but she moved away after 9 months and none of the others were nearly as good. The last one they sent me on Oct 23,2011 decided to use BLEACH on the baseboards in my master bathroom instead of plain old soap and water. Well she somehow sprayed bleach on the walls and I now have white streaks down two of my bathroom walls. And since this is the only room in my house I paid extra to have faux painted 8 years ago it is not an easy fix. You can't just paint over it. It has a mixture of colors and a design which means I need to hire a professional to repaint the entire room.
I called Abby the very next day about the incident to see what she would do to fix it. No return call back. I called the next day and the day after that, each time leaving the same detailed message. I waited a week and called again. Abby was conveniently never in the office when I called. It's been a month now and she has still not contacted me.
I am DONE with this company and will not recommend it to anyone. I don't think the girls are trained properly on how to clean, what to clean and what products are safe to use on what surfaces. And now I am out $450 to have the entire bathroom re-faux painted.
