Zang Asian Bistro, hmmm sounds like one of those P.F.Chang kinda places, expensive, you pay more for the decor and presentation then for the food . I enjoyed walking into the beautiful bistro, a pleasant suprise, very tastefully decorated, light and refreshing. I assumed the prices would reflect the name and decor, I was wrong, I could eat here often not just for special occasions. The variety of food choices is fantastic, they have Japanese, Chinese, Korean and many, many others. My first time there we had many questions as they had some things on the menu I had never heard of, the server was very helpful describing the items and the preparation, in the end we decided on the Shanghi Beef, Kung Pao Shrimp and the Sesame Chicken. The presentation was lovely, this is a great date night place. Each entree' was fabulous and full of flavor. You can taste and see the quality ingredients used in the preparation. I was saddened because I could not take the doggy bag since we had just started our night and would not get home for many hours. This is a place I will enjoy going to often and working my way through the menu figuring out what are my new favorites.\r If you are a person that loves ""Chinese"" food this is the place for you.
