Zang Asian Bistro

My wife and I went to Glendale for the Christmas lights and decided to eat dinner. We looked on line and chose Zang Asian Bistro. Not only was the food excellent, but the service was outstanding. Topping off the evening was excellent conversation with the owner who filled us in on things to see and do in and around the old town Glendale area at Christmas. We will be going back. I recommend the Kung Pao Chicken. more

I was here with my Sweetie and my brother and his wife for the first time in October 07, and I'm telling you it was a REALLY GOOD experience. I'm definitly going back to this place as there were too many delectibles needing to be eaten on their menu in just one visit...Fantastic Food, GREAT atmosphere; Wait staff is very knowledgeable and patient; I noticed an older group of people come in 15 miniutes before they were closing and they were waited on as if it was no big deal! Unlike some other places. You can check it out further on Glendale Channel 11 too, as that's where I got the idea to visit this FINE establishment. THE BEST Asian/Oriental/Chinese, You won't go wrong with this choice! more

Zang Asian Bistro, hmmm sounds like one of those P.F.Chang kinda places, expensive, you pay more for the decor and presentation then for the food . I enjoyed walking into the beautiful bistro, a pleasant suprise, very tastefully decorated, light and refreshing. I assumed the prices would reflect the name and decor, I was wrong, I could eat here often not just for special occasions. The variety of food choices is fantastic, they have Japanese, Chinese, Korean and many, many others. My first time there we had many questions as they had some things on the menu I had never heard of, the server was very helpful describing the items and the preparation, in the end we decided on the Shanghi Beef, Kung Pao Shrimp and the Sesame Chicken. The presentation was lovely, this is a great date night place. Each entree' was fabulous and full of flavor. You can taste and see the quality ingredients used in the preparation. I was saddened because I could not take the doggy bag since we had just started our night and would not get home for many hours. This is a place I will enjoy going to often and working my way through the menu figuring out what are my new favorites.\r If you are a person that loves ""Chinese"" food this is the place for you. more
