The service is amazing. I have been going to Golden State Transmission & Muffler now for about three to four years for work on both of our Toyotas, my husbands and mine. They have done engine work, oil work, valve work, gasket changes, brake work, and even fixed a seat-belt issue I had. No problem is too big or too small for them to do. They are always fair and honest with our charges, and they never overcharge. They have even told us things weren't wrong with our cars that other mechanics said were.
They show us how to do a simple job ourselves, turning away a couple hundred dollars they could have made, and they helped us out when we came back to them. They are really, really wonderful to work with. The customer service is great, and like I said, they are honest. It's an amazing shop. We have never had any problems with the work, and they always get us in and out. They're a wonderful team, and I couldn't be happier with them.
