Review content:
They made me wait at for a 9:15 am appt. The wax is less painful but it doesn't pick up a lot of the hair. Plus, she was pulling it off excruciatingly slowly and said she needed to do that to catch the fine hair. After waxing my toes twice, none of the hairs came out and she had to tweeze them ALL one by one. The bikini wax didn't go past low low cut underwear. The full leg wax today took an hour. Their music was the worst MUZACk ever, worse than the dentist's office. They said that had tried to change it many times. The staff was nice but I'm sticking to Max Wax in my UWS neighborhood.
