I recently moved to Fredericksburg, VA from another state and was very hesitant on trying a new hair salon. After reading several reviews, I decided to try Cool Looks Salon because they promoted using Sulfate-Free products, offered a money back guarantee and all the reviews were positive on the staff. I called on a Saturday and was able to get in the same day due to their extended hours. After examining my hair, Lisa explained that my hair & scalp had a buildup of sulfate from the shampoo & conditioner that I had been using & the color that was used by my previous salon was not the correct shade of blonde to match my natural hair color. Even though I was a new customer and it was close to closing time, Lisa stayed until 11:30 PM to repair, color and cut my damaged hair. My scalp and hair are so much healthier now & the color is a perfect shade to blend with my natural hair color. I highly recommend this salon; they definitely go above and beyond for their customers.
