Warren Heating and Cooling did a great job from start to finish. First was the meeting with the sales rep who wasn't pushy but understood my needs for a really efficient, easy to operate system. After providing a few systems that fit my needs I settled on the Carrier furnace and air conditioner unit. I did shop around looking for a similar product but to come down to it, Warren Heating and Cooling was the most cost effective system and provided the longest warrantee. Next up was the install team. As this was a Turn-Key operation, all I had to do was pay for the permits and let them in the door. All the paperwork was handled. The installers were clean cut and super well mannered, even putting down drop cloths to protect my floors. Within 6 hours, they were complete with the job and loaded back up with the old furnace and old air conditioner. They explained to me the new thermostat by going over all of the controls and showing me how to change the filters if I wanted to. Here is the kicker. My old Goodman furnace with around an 80 efficiency was running me around $400 a month in the winter to keep my house around 68 degrees. It used to break down once a winter also. Now with my new Carrier furnace, my heating bill topped out last year at around $250 bucks and my house is warm and toasty. I think that they did a great job from start to finish.
