When it's 2AM and your heating system has taken a nosedive...or when it's a summer afternoon heatwave and the a/c is out to lunch...those are the times you want, no, make that N e e d a reliable service company that not only will show up On Time and does the work right and efficiently the first time. After several false attempts when we first moved here a decade ago we finally lucked out by finding Warren Heating & Cooling and have been loyal customers ever since. more

We had received a recommendation from a trades person to add Warren Heating and Cooling LLC to our list of HVAC providers for quotes. From the beginning of the quote process to the final installation they were great at providing complete information, explaining all options in real world terms and answering all questions right through the installation. The analysis and quote process was done by Paul who has the practical experience of years of work in field to give you honest and clear estimates with a range of solutions for your needs. The installers, Mike and Rob, kept us aware of all the steps in the installation and explained the various building code requirements they were meeting for the retrofit of our new system in our house. They explained all the changes in how the new systems operated and left all the correct documentation we needed.\r \r We have had our system in for one day so cannot really speak to downstream service, but we have great confidence that the service with be top notch as well.\r more

Warren Heating & Cooling - second to none 3/24/2012

19 months ago I was researching different Air Conditioner and Furnace companies. My experiences with the other companies were not in the same ballpark as with Warren Heating & Cooling. John L. came to visit and impressed me with his knowledge and details. The pricing to move toward a more efficent furnace, as well as a very reliable Carrier AC were a no brainer to go with. I have saved quite a bit of money over this time, with the new products and the Warren Heating and Cooling team was highly professional. I would swear by Warren, and I highly recommend anyone to go with them. A very satisfied customer especially every month when I receive by Gas and Electric bill!\r more

Very happy with their work 3/19/2012

I have been very happy with every facet of my dealings with Warren H&C. It was easy to get an appointment to get an estimate, Patrick the rep was very knowledgeable and accommodating on time. The price was excellent, and they knew all about the rebates we could get and filled out all of the paperwork for us. The workmen were on time, courteous and very neat. I could not have asked for more. more

Warren Heating - A very cool company 3/14/2012

My dealing with Warren Heating started with a very polite and friendly receptionist and an appointment with a sales person at a specific time. Other companies put me on hold, didn't call back for several days and couldn't give me a specific time they would be here. The sales rep explained more and told me about options no one else even mentioned. The men who came to install the system were polite, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done in two days instead of three and fully explained what they had done. There were no unexpected ""surprises"". I felt that I was dealing with a very competent company that cares a lot about customer satisfaction. more

Warren Heating & Cooling 2/28/2012

Paul Hewett's brother turned me onto Warren Heating & Cooling after a flood a few years ago. The experience was a good one, so I called them again after Hurricane Irene. Once again they were prompt, clean and fair. I would recommend them to others in a minute! In this day and age, it is such a pleasure to have people show up on time and do a great job. I am very confident calling them. Not only are the techs great but the office staff is most helpful and pleasant.\r Let's just hope I get a few years off before having to call again! more

Warren Heating and Cooiking is Okay 2/20/2012

Warren Heating and Cooking has been easy to deal with. They installed a whole house heating and cooling system about 5 years ago and have no problems with it. I have a second separate system and called them once again for a replacement boiler. They explored a solution other than a replacement system but based upon the age, replacement was necessary. They were punctual and efficient. No debris left behind either. I would recommend to others. more

The vendor came to our home on time, was courteous and professional and offered us a deal at a fair price on a heating issue. We had this company to our home before and they did a good job at a reasonable price and that is why we gave them a second chance. Seemed honest and trustworthy. Would recommend based on experience. more

Happy and Satisfied ! 1/5/2012

We are so happy and satisfied with the services provided by Warren Heating & Cooling located at Parsippany, NJ. They are honest, patient, and with prompt responses. We were changing over from oil to gas heat and in need of a new gas furnace. Warren provided us with a reasonable proposal and with prompt attention when we have questions and follow-ups. They not only took care of dealing with the township on applying for the permit and inspection, the job site was clean-up nicely afterward. I would highly recommend Warren Heating & Cooling to anyone who has a heating job in mind. more

Great Customer Service/Flexible 1/2/2012

I own a home in Stewartsville, NJ, but live in Texas. I established a relationship with Warren Heating and Cooling early on, and after moving found their customer service to continue to be excellent. I have my heating and cooling system maintained twice a year. They bill me in Texas and work with my tenant to get the job down. Highly recommend the service and am really appreciative of their willingness to be flexible with the billing cycle. more

Warren Heating & Cooling 12/25/2011

I like their products and services. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me early this year, and both are much less noisy than my old one. They also tuned my existing humidifier, and now the heat feels much more comfortable than before at the same temperature. Their staff are also very professional. They made good preparations before the installation work and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Overall, I am happy that I chose warren. more

Excellent service 12/19/2011

WH&C installed a new HVAC system in my home this past year. I did extensive research and received several proposals... before selecting them. They were very reliable and dependable. They provided me with various options... and didn't try to over-sell me. They arrived when they said they would, wore 'booties' to keep my floors clean and cleaned up all of the debris after they were done. I would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. more

Very fast and efficient service! 12/18/2011

We had called numerous HVAC companies attempting to get a part for our air conditioner and no one, not even the company who had installed it originally, could/would help us. One call to WCH&C and we had the part ordered and on the way! The sales staff was very friendly and helpful and should we ever need help again you can bet that we will call WCH&C. We will also recommend them to everyone we know! more

Carries good products, good prices, and fast service 12/18/2011

We moved into a home that had an antique furnace. It was loud, always running, and unreliable. We looked around for awhile for a reputable company that can provide us with a reliable product. Right off the bat, Warren H&C provided us with a knowledgeable sales person that gave us a competitive quote. We ended up going with them because of the no-pressure sales pitch and good product line. They installed the system within two weeks and we've been very happy with our new furnance. more
