Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!! I am military and just moved to warner robins last year. I took my car to this place because it was still under the extended warrenty and there was a light malfunction that I needed checked out. No big deal, or so I thought. I was there pretty early in the morning hoping it wouldn't take very long, and the guy acted like it was no biggie, probably 15 min tops. 3 hours later I was so upset that I just wanted my car back, they were not currently working on it and HID IT!!! I asked for the keys and they would not give them back! They said it was an over-night job and their maintence helper would drive me to the nearest enterprise to borrow a car, so reluctently I did. I was supposed to have our car by morning so when I get there they are still not finished with it. After 3 more hours of waiting they finally work on my car (I only see them with it for a total of 30 minutes by the way) and it is finished along with a couple more ""problems"" on the bill. Seriously? I shoulda just called the cops to get my keys and to get it fixed elsewhere. These people are so very shady! You have been warned. . .
