Review content:
I was a customer of English Rose for 3 to 4 years with service every other week. I recommended several of my friends to them because they were a small local company and I wanted to help them. I always made sure my house was picked up, I always paid on time, and I even gave them a Christmas present. Regarding their cleaning it was just average and I do agree with many of the comments on this site (except for the one posted by the owner) that they were rude. I even have 2 friends that I recommended to them that left for that reason also. \r

They raised my rates twice by sending a really offensive letter in the mail and explained that there were far more profitbale clients on a waiting list if I didn't want to pay the increased amount. I definitely felt like they didn't value me as a loyal customer and wanted to drop me as a client for ""more profitable"" business. They were rude and condescending and I would not recommend them to anyone.
