Businiess name:  Ninety Degrees At Paradise Ridge Apartments

Review content:
When I first moved in to Ninety Degrees I could not have been happier. The apartments are new and nice and the location is great. Well I have been there for nearly 2 months now and all that changed real fast. I was originally told the complex was dog friendly and that the pool was available 24 hours - both major selling points for me. My boyfriend and I moved in to a unit right near the pool. We were reminded when we looked at it that it might be a bit noisy sometimes but it didn't matter to us, we were happy about the chance to meet new friends, socialize and use the spa and pool whenever we would like. The management has now hired a new security company to enforce our ""curfew"" of 11 p.m. and yes that applies to the weekends too! This was never discussed with us even when we requested meetings to talk about the sudden change to the ""24-hour amenities."" Even if there is not a single noise complaint we are forced to stay in our apartments...and the pool is locked. They frequently forget to unlock it in the morning which is just another slap in the face. If you are outside by yourself (even walking the dog) be prepared to be harassed by these guards. They not only carry guns but they threaten to use them on tenants dogs. I was personally talked to like a child by the security guard who intimidated me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He not only harassed me but made it clear that we are ""all replaceable"" and that the apartment managers don't give a crap about their tenants. Eviction notices are handed out if anyone speaks up and tries to have this whole thing settled. I am sick of being treated like a child who is misbehaving. I am an adult and I pay good money to live in my apartment and if I want to sit outside quietly after 11 p.m. I feel I have the right to do that without being harassed or threatened. Long story short: not a good place to live if you expect to be treated like an adult and enjoy staying up past 11 at any point during the week or weekend. Cons: Being treated horribly
