Never got to see the doctor, so can't speak about that, but the office staff was terrible. Appointment was made for 10am and after: having them call and reschedule me from my original time and then not call to confirm, getting a babysitter for my child, driving in the pouring rain and waiting 25 minutes in the waiting room, they called me up to tell me they would have to reschedule me because I was late. They told me my appointment was for 9:45 not 10 and that I was 15 minutes late so they wouldn't see me. I showed them my planner that I filled out immediately after the appointment was made on the phone weeks before and the staff rudely denied possibly making any mistake and proceeded to blame me for the error. Needless to say they lost a patient and didn't seem to care. It's a shame when the incompetence of the office staff can ruin it for a potentially good doctor. Would not recommend this office and have since found a great doctor at Florida Women's Care down the street with a terrific staff.
