I have naturally flat, lifeless, mousy brown hair. I've been to quite a few stylists over the years, and spent a LOT of money, but no one has been able to make my hair look great- it was always flat and boring looking. About a year ago, I went to The Loft and saw one of their stylists, (Terra Shapiro.) I do not know what she does, but my family and friends were SHOCKED when they saw my new do! Everyone kept telling me my hair looked like Heather Locklear's hair! It is truly amazing- she made me look like a movie star! My cut gives my hair SO much body, and the color is so beautiful and natural. Terra is more than just a hair stylist, she is really an artist. I still go there, and still look great. Everyone at the loft has always been so nice and so accommodating - I will NEVER go anywhere else!\r
Pros: Service, quality, professionalism.
Cons: Location is a little out of the way.
